Before a pouch ever reaches your door, it’s been through Rob and Jim’s hands more times than you’d think: testing, tweaking, bottling, tasting again just to be sure. No shortcuts, no phoning it in, no letting a batch out until it’s right.

It’s easy to forget there are actual people behind a subscription box. A workshop full of bottles, a recipe adjusted for the third time that day, two people who’d rather redo a batch than send out something average. And THAT’s what sits behind every Negroni Society Moment.
