A few years ago, I spent a week at sea with these guys. They looked after me like family despite speaking as little English as I do Maldivian.

At Urchin, we are all about supporting people like this and making sure as little of their precious catch gets wasted as possible.

Eating more responsibly is a hot topic at the moment - but not enough people are talking about food WASTE. The UK disposes 100s of tonnes of unsold fish each year when it’s short shelf life runs out.

Frozen fish lasts much longer so much less is wasted.
