The thing that stood out to me, as I filmed prepare the vegan Southern Fried Tofu dish, was how big the portion was and how much was going on in it.

Fried firm tofu, house kimchi, lettuce, tomato, beetroot, vegan mayo, BBQ sauce, and more, beautifully presented and big enough to share. We checked, and it’s prepared fully separately from any meat or animal byproduct.

However, it’s not “just the vegan option”, it’s simply a great dish.

Inspired by the 1967 film Spider Baby, this is our 3.4% hazy pale with 23 IBU. It’s an easy-drinking one, with a bit of citrus and a gentle bitterness to it.
