Smith Taylormade Smith Taylormade was established in 1973 and is a reputable sausage maker with a proud tradition of producing high quality, locally sourced products.

The company was originally founded in 1973 as part of the original butchers shop “Dick Smith” in Edmonton, North London. The company moved to the existing premises in Hoddesdon in 2004, and we continue to use the same traditional principles for producing top quality sausages for our customers, both here in the UK and abroad.
