He calls himself a business partner, I call him the number one promoter 😉. Buying my first url and encouraging us to get our love of chai out there. Always there to support me, especially whilst sorting our kiddies so I can go out there and serve c2chai without any worry. Thank you for coming to the stall today (and even in green), you made me so happy! 💚💚

Chai masalo is a homemade blend of spices, making .c2chai a delicious masala chai.

This blend is created by taking 6 ingredients and precisely making what we like as a perfect balance of spice, taste, and aroma.

The ingredients used also propose health benefits such as..

Ginger
Reduce blood cholestrol levels, blood sugar and restrain the growth of many oral bacteria

White & black pepper
Contains antioxidants, can reduce inflammation, and support blood sugar control

Cinnamon
Could lower cholesterol levels, which could help prevent heart disease

Nutmeg
Rich in anti-inflammatory plant compounds that act as antioxidants in the body

Cloves
The antioxidants can help lower the risk of developing heart disease, diabetes, and reduced ulcers

Long piper root (Ganthoda in Gujarati)
A plant found in southern asia. It’s fruit and roots are used as a spice and contain chemicals that might kill certain paracites and reduce swelling.

Cardamom
Can ease inflammation and protect cells against oxidative stress.

We aim to make the masalo available for purchase separately.. watch this space! For any sales enquiries, message us.
