I still remember how life followed a fixed routine during my Class 6 to 10 days. Among all those little routines, our evening meal was a must for everyone in the family. Amu would make something different each time, but my absolute favourite was this sweet paratha filled with sugar, lovingly known as Chini Paratha (Sugar Paratha). ❤️

Time passed, life changed, and so did many of my likes and dislikes. But somehow, this little taste of childhood never lost its place in my heart. No matter how much life changes, Chini Paratha will always remain one of my all-time favourites. 🥹🤍
