Coffee Cupping UK is designed for those who wish to learn more about coffee from berry to cup and to experience world's most exciting coffee flavours. Participants learn to describe, differentiate and evaluate coffee qualities according to international standards (Cup of Excellence, SCAA and other). We are mainly using samples provided by various UK roasters and micro-roasters, such as Square Mile, Climpson and Sons, Caravan, The Counter, The Roasting Shed, Workshop Coffee Co.
