15 years ago, Elephant Park was just a vision.

Since then, that vision has become a vibrant neighbourhood with community at its core.

From the first homes at Trafalgar Place to the opening of Elephant Park and Elephant Springs, new shops, restaurants, workspaces and community spaces have continued to bring the neighbourhood to life.

Along the way, trees have grown, the park has matured, streets have become familiar, businesses have opened their doors, and new memories have been made.

And now, as we reach the final phase of Elephant Park, The Wilderly marks an exciting new chapter. It brings the final homes to the neighbourhood and celebrates just how far we’ve come.

As we approach this important milestone, we look forward to seeing the neighbourhood continue to evolve for years to come.

A new chapter is beginning 🌿

You may have noticed a few changes around here, and there’s more to come.

As we look ahead to what’s next, this account will change it’s name to The Wilderly. For everything Elephant Park, follow Elephant Park Shop Dine Discover , where you can continue to get the latest updates on the neighbourhood.

After an amazing 15 years, the final phase of Elephant Park is nearing completion.

We spoke to Nick Watson, Lendlease Project Lead for the development, to find out what’s involved in this final stage and what to expect.

The final phase of development for Elephant Park marks a new chapter for our account as our content focus will move to The Wilderly, and our account name will change to reflect this.

It’s been so lovely to see everyone out enjoying the sunshine in the park. Whether you’re visiting for the day or lucky enough to call Elephant Park home, come down and make the most of summer with a splash in Elephant Springs, an ice cream from Little Louie, a refreshing summer salad from Gail’s, or simply by soaking up the sunshine. There’s something for everyone to enjoy ☀️

Did you know Elephant Park has its very own Energy Hub? 💡

Hidden in the heart of the neighbourhood, it provides low-carbon heating and hot water to around 3,000 homes, as well as local businesses and community spaces. By capturing and reusing heat that would otherwise be wasted, it’s up to 90% energy efficient.

It’s just one of the many ways Elephant Park is working towards becoming the greenest new place to live in central London 🌳🌿
