First post for a while (sorry).
Weekly tasting with Kevin.....This week, I selected seven different Independent bottlings of Foursquare rums, from 43% - 62.1%.
Our joint favourite choices were the SBS and Compagnie des Indes.
SBS is a 9yo at 55%.
CDI is a 10yo at 62.1%.

Great tasting, comparing different expressions of the same distillery. Amazing to note the difference between each rum and the influence of the ABV.
