An easy midweek dinner that's guaranteed to satisfy! Top with fresh coriander, lime, sesame seeds and a drizzle of chilli oil for the ultimate finish 🌶️🍜

Ingredients:
• 1 block tofu
• 4 tbsp cornflour
• 2 tbsp neutral oil
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 heaped tbsp red Thai curry paste
• 2 tbsp light soy sauce
• 2 tbsp peanut butter
• 1 can coconut milk (400ml)
• 200ml chicken stock
• 400g noodles
• Lime, coriander, chilli oil & sesame seeds to serve

The ultimate easy air fryer dinner. 🙌
Crispy honey thighs, smoky bacon, roasted vegetables and fluffy potatoes all cooked together for a fuss-free family meal

Ingredients:
• 2 chicken thighs
• 2 bacon rashers
• ½ red onion
• 1 carrot
• 1 parsnip
• 2 baby potatoes
• 3 tbsp honey
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp mixed herbs
• 1 tbsp sea salt
• Gravy (optional)

Method:
1. Air fry carrots and parsnips with olive oil and herbs for 10 minutes at 200°C.
2. Add potatoes, onion, bacon and chicken.
3. Drizzle with honey, olive oil, herbs and sea salt.
4. Air fry for a further 20 minutes at 200°C.
5. Serve with gravy if desired.

Simple ingredients, maximum flavour! ✅
