Desolas has always been rooted in the green, both in flavor and in feeling.
Crafted from wild salmiana agave, it’s bright and mineral, with earthy notes and botanical aromas that speak to the land it comes from.

Matcha is much the same.

Mezcal and matcha are both shaped by terroir, tradition, and ritual. Both invite you to slow down, pay attention, and develop a taste that’s entirely your own.

So we brought them together.

A handmade bowl by Jordan Colon. Ceremonial matcha from Sorate. And Desolas at the center.
