During a trip Thailand this time last year, we got to experience and be inspired by their vast array of seafood on offer. Two key things that stood out was the freshness and flavours of their dishes. Which gave rise and muscle to the concept of Holy Shrimp!

Saucy! Snow crab cluster.

These legs are know for their sweet, briny flavour. Each cluster contains half of the crab, with 4-5 legs attached.

Snow crabs are pre cooked and frozen as soon as they are caught, this helps to lock in all the flavour and freshness.

Our current snow crabs are Canadian.
