Tonight’s dinner is as banging!

Italian inspired bruschetta.

Linseed sourdough, topped with black olive tapenade, confit cherry tomatoes and garlic, raw cherry tomatoes, rocket, prosciutto crudo and burrata.

If you don’t know what to eat, this is a banging choice. For brunch, or dinner.

Had an amazing day with and his dog Buddy foraging for truffles.

A stunning autumn day.

A beautiful walk in nature.

And a very successful truffle hunt ending with mushroom soup topped with shaved truffle and a dessert of chocolate mousse with shaved and grated truffles.

A banging day and definitely recommend you go on a truffle hunt with Ben and Buddy if you ever get the chance.

Wasn’t the best pic but a bit of editing to make it look like an older photo and I quite like it.

Annoying that the car behind it make it look weird though.
