The couple shop for the fresh ingredients themselves, and Bahar cooks at least three different home made style Persian specialities every day for £7-£12. Describing Iranian cuisine, the Bidarbakhts say it involves “many tastes”, but is never too heavy or spicy, and is most frequently accompanied by rice that is steamed to make it extra light, different from Indian or chinese style. At any time of the day, sandwiches and snacks are on offer, and if you’re planning a function, Galleria offers a full catering service as well as celebration cake delivery service.
