SEN at the Shac is an independent community project created with purpose, care and real understanding. It’s focused on supporting families navigating Special Educational Needs, giving them a space that feels safe, welcoming and judgment-free.

Once a month, we open up the restaurant not just for food, but for connection. Parents, carers and children can come together, meet others on similar journeys, and just be without pressure.

We provide:
✨ Free refreshments
✨ Free professional advice
✨ A relaxed space to talk, share and connect

This isn’t just an event it’s a community. A place to breathe, to feel heard, and to know you’re not alone.

We’ve designed SEN at the Shac to be calm, enjoyable and supportive… somewhere you can walk in and feel at ease straight away.
