CRATE Brewery Bar and Pizzeria is open from noon to 11pm Sunday to Thursday and from noon to 1am on Friday and Saturday nights (inc. bank holidays), except Xmas and New Years day. Our Pizza kitchen is usually open from 12:00noon until 10pm

CRATE is a local business owned and implemented by local members of the Hackney Wick community. We brew our own CRATE beers including Pale, IPA and Session IP

A as well as Lager and Cider. Dogs & children are welcome, if: on a lead; and are well behaved. Our bar is wheelchair accessible with a low level service point, accessible toilets, entry slope and wheelchair lift. We have a blue-badge holder dedicated parking bay. Our main tables both inside and on our canalside terrace are suitable for wheelchair users. Hopefully see you for a beer soon!

Last night’s eclipse was something else. Thousands of Londoners out in parks, car parks, on our terrace, even stuck on train platforms waiting for a cancelled Mildmay… chatting, sharing solar glasses, a collective buzz of excitement.

14 years of Crate 🍻🥳 Swipe through some of our fave then vs now moments.

From a derelict warehouse in Hackney Wick to two East London homes, it's been quite the journey.

Thanks to each of you who have filled our terraces, chosen us to celebrate birthdays, first dates, and reunions, and enjoyed countless ordinary evenings that have turned into epic nights.

Today, we're still proudly independent, still doing things our way, and still bringing people together over good drinks, good food, and good times.

Here's to the next chapter. ❤️
