The Original - Applewood smoked chicken thighs, honey BBQ glaze, coleslaw, and Alabama white BBQ sauce on grilled bread.

Tasting session! The menu:

- ‘Smo-fried’ Wings: Slow-smoked then flash fried chicken wings, tossed in original BBQ sauce and served with Alabama white BBQ sauce

- The Original Sandwich: Smoked & chopped BBQ chicken thighs, served on grilled thick cut toast with classic southern slaw & Alabama white BBQ sauce

- The Burger: Smoked & chopped BBQ chicken thighs, served on grilled brioche with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and Alabama white BBQ sauce

- The Quesadilla: Smoked & chopped cajun chicken thighs, smoked padron peppers, and melted pepper cheese in grilled tortillas, served with classic pico de gallo & chipotle crema

Not pictured: the veggie options! The Original Sandwich & Quesadilla were also served with smoked & slow-cooked BBQ jackfruit in place of the chicken.
