As temperatures rise again, attention turns to keeping wine cool and shielded from sunlight. But a well-stored wine depends on more than temperature alone.

Airflow is equally essential to fine wine cellaring.

Cellars are, by design, humid environments - necessary for preserving cork integrity. Yet without proper ventilation, that moisture can stagnate, permeating corks and compromising the wine within.
