We don't often post pictures of ourselves but this is us for those of you who don't know and this is how our food adventure began in the London Streetfood scene. We used to make a dish we absolutely love called Fideuà. It's like a paella but made with short pasta noodles. It's known all over Spain but for some reason it's not so widely known around the world in the same way as paella but it's equally delicious if not better! We still make it often for parties ideally for 50 or more people. Like many small businesses in the hospitality sector we had to pivot and adapt during Covid and deal with insane price hikes in energy and ingredients and staffing. It's seems like an impossible situation and many pubs and restaurants are closing daily but we're hanging on in there. Now our business is focused on making and delivering chilled meals to customers across South London from Dulwich through Wandsworth and across to Barnes and Sheen and a few surrounding postcodes and catering for parties and events. We go to great lengths to find the best possible ingredients. It's been a lifelong obsession and without our amazing suppliers we just would not be able to produce the food we love to share with our customers. We don't always go to great lengths to coordinate our clothes with the food but yesterday we all had a good laugh in the kitchen with this combo! .

Today marks the 10th Anniversary since our much loved Zaha left us. One of the funniest people with an absolute steadfast loyalty to her friends and family. As far as aunts go she was simply the best and we miss her enormously.
