Afternoon tea has always been about rhythm, conversation, and what’s shared around the table.

At Jimmy’s Kitchen, the menu unfolds alongside the teas.
The savoury courses move from Iberico ham croquettes and heirloom tomato gazpacho through to hojicha chocolate tart and green apple crumble, each designed to sit naturally with Saicho’s sparkling teas.

Executive Chef Russell Doctrove describes the experience as “a measured approach to flavour, texture, and craftsmanship,” where sparkling tea brings lift, structure, and balance across the table.

In collaboration with Saicho, Jimmy’s Kitchen presents Afternoon Delight with Sparkling Tea, a seasonal menu curated by Executive Chef Russell Doctrove, bringing together afternoon tea traditions with Saicho’s sparkling teas.

Served within the restored Pedder Building space in Central, the experience pairs savoury bites, desserts, and scones with Darjeeling, Hojicha, and Jasmine Sparkling Tea.

Chef Caroline Hahm () created two dishes to sit alongside the teas, each drawing out a different side of the glass.

Osmanthus with tilefish, aguachile, avocado and pickled magnolia blossom, floral, bright, and lifted.

Hojicha with black sea bass, lemongrass, sate and butter, deeper, savoury and composed.
