Why isn’t our coconut water clear? 🩷

Because we don’t heat it, we use HPP, cold pressure instead of pasteurisation, so it keeps its natural colour. That’s usually what turns it pink. Occasionally you’ll get a clearer bottle, depending on how long it’s taken to reach the UK, but it’s the same one ingredient, same process either way.
