A rather special one.

Simon Rogan will join André Chiang aboard the Eastern & Oriental Express to present his interpretation of dining in motion for the inaugural journey.

A chef whose cooking has always been shaped by landscape, seasonality and a deep respect for ingredients feels exactly right for a journey like this.

23–26 March 2026.

Good things happen when chefs share kitchens.

Tom Booton heads to Galvin La Chapelle on 24 March, joining Executive Chef Arturo Granato for a one-night chef exchange.

Ahead of opening his first independent restaurant in 2026, Tom brings his bold, modern British cooking into the Galvin kitchen for the evening.

Two chefs. One menu. One night only.

A ripperrr’ last weekend with in ’s Adrenaline Lounge. Golden coastal weather and some thrilling racing made it a special return to his old stomping ground for our favourite Ozzy chef. Adrenaline Lounge hospitality and a couple of Shane’s stellar dishes were the backdrop to foiling F50’s kicking off this season opener

Invited to the first lunch at Corenucopia by Clare Smyth, and unusually, I’m late… but the panic just halted from the moment the unflappable Rob Rose greeted the latecomer — no admonishment! — with a reassuring “we really don’t mind at all that you’re late for the very first lunch, Kirsty!”. Guest Mr Moffat did not appear to have noticed my dilatory conduct, and the afternoon just flowed as we always knew it would… no point in trying to describe the truly, truly delicious elevated bistrot dishes — you need to try for yourself… but suffice to say this should be on anyone’s list of London haunts.

Clare Smyth, as busy as ever, now conjuring a luxury bistro in Chelsea.
Say hello to Corenucopia, her new restaurant at 18‑22 Holbein Place, SW1W 8NL.

It’s Core’s cooler younger cousin: relaxed but razor-sharp, with British roots, serious produce, and the kind of polish that only Clare brings.

Expect elevated comfort food, a fantastic wine list, and interiors that channel “country house, but make it fashion.”

Bookings are now open for December and January. Go, go, go.

Ollie Dabbous, as wicked as ever, this time bringing a little culinary magic to the launch of Wicked 2 on the Belmond British Pullman..

Guests boarded the British Pullman for an unforgettable ride to the Emerald City. Carriages filled with glittering guests and musical moments from the film, and indisputably, of course, the most wickedly exciting thing of all.. Ollie’s Wicked-inspired menu.

Chef wizardry by Dabbous - aided and abetted as ever
by the Pullman’s Exec Ched, the unflappable and ever charming Jon Freeman - conjuring everything And from Muchkin Pumpkin Soup to ‘Duck à l’Oz’ and Wickedly Good Bonbons (which really lived up to the name).

A dreamy evening of sparkle, and supper on the rails.
