Alex’s drink of choice, this sharp little number is bright, refreshing, and built for good company. Also answers to the name “Payne Killer” 👀

Ingredients
50ml Blackeye Gin
25ml Triple Sec
25ml lemon juice
1 tbsp caster sugar
Zest of ¼ lemon

Serve
Shake all ingredients with ice, then strain into a chilled coupe rimmed with sugar and lemon zest.

Pour one. Find a spot in the sun. Let the weekend kick off.
