A. Ice loaf of granary bloomer filled with homemade mayo, an old classic American yellow mustard, layers of delish organic ham, Gouda cheese, Milano salami, organic tomatoes sliced to perfection for the perfect bite, avocado (as always) my yummy alfalfa sprouts and a drizzle of balsamic glaze to marry the whole thing around! ☺️

A nice toasted whole meal pitta round, homemade garlic mayo, 2 halloumi shaped like a burger patty, alfalfa sprouts, the best of the best Palta (🥑), and good old pebre (check our feed to read about pebre) this is truly out of this world 🌎!!!!

What's Palta? Why Palta? What does Palta Sandwiches and More do? 🤓🤔😄
Palta🥑came about seeing how people struggle to find a delicious and healthy alternative to eat lunch at work or maybe even at home! Why the name Palta? Simply because I grew up eating Palta in every sandwich made by my grandma! Palta means Avocado in countries like Chile 🇨🇱, Argentina 🇦🇷, Peru 🇵🇪. Palta has a special meaning in my life, hence the name... this project is my life. 💚 (and as you can see, most of our sandwiches and salad have avocado in them 😄😉)
What do we do? We provide a delivery system to make your life easy... where you can order your lunch for the whole week , or by day and it'll be made fresh on the day, with natural ingredients, with love and with a convenient package for you to have everything at hand to not make a mess at your desk, your table, your lap... wherever it is you have your lunch!
Our sandwiches come accompany with a nice pack of crisps and a natural cold pressed juice. Don't care for crisps? We have other options too! 🤓

Indulgent because it's made with just the best of the best! A mixture of heirloom tomatoes, white onion (Chilean cured), coriander, jumbo prawns and who else but my bestie: the avocado... all organic, all especially sourced for this beautiful business! A dash of salt and pepper and a squeeze of lemon it's all it needs to make La Margarita a melody in your tastebuds 🎶! ☀️🦋🌼

Rainbow Salad 🥗🌈
It is delightful mix of baby leaves, cherry tomatoes, shredded carrots, beets, avocado, cucumber all organic and locally sourced, and a nice thick slice of grilled halloumi, a nice balsamic dressing, what's not to love? ❤️💛💚💙💜

Artisan Ciabatta Bun which has soaked in the juices of the meat... with tender slices of grass fed organic filet of beef cooked medium rare for perfection, onion marmalade made with organic onions and load of simmering ❤️, and to top it all of with some melted organic cheddar!
