Sixteen generations. Five centuries of Burgundian heritage.

François Carillon’s family roots in Burgundy can be traced back to 1520, yet his domaine feels entirely alive in the present. Since his first vintage in 2010, François has continued the legacy of his father, Louis Carillon, while crafting some of the most compelling modern white Burgundies.

From the heart of Puligny-Montrachet, the wines offer that rare and beautiful balance: pristine fruit, precise acidity and textural richness.

With François’ sons, Mathis and Paul, now joining the domaine full-time, this is a family story entering an exciting new chapter.

The 2024 vintage was harvested early, in the first two weeks of September, and handled with the care and precision that define the domaine.

Join us for an evening exploring the intricacies of sparkling wine at Corney & Barrow’s newly refurbished offices.

Led by Wine Educator and Training Manager Camilla Armour, this engaging tasting will feature six sparkling wines showcasing the diversity of styles and winemaking methods from across the sparkling wine world, including Prosecco, Cava, Crémant and English sparkling wine from the late Peter Hall’s legendary Breaky Bottom.

In celebration of the recent renewal of our Royal Warrants, members of the Royal Warrant Holders’ Association will also be joining us. Guests will be welcomed with a glass of sparkling wine on arrival, alongside light nibbles throughout the evening.

Expect an informative, relaxed tasting with plenty of opportunities to ask questions and share notes with fellow wine lovers.

Château Trotanoy 2025 | Pomerol

Often described as the soul of the Moueix family portfolio, Château Trotanoy is one of Bordeaux’s most distinctive estates. Its remarkable terroir - white gravel over dense clay - has shaped wines of profound character since Jean-Pierre Moueix acquired the property in 1953.
The 2025 vintage was defined by heat and drought, yet Trotanoy’s unique soils carried the vines through the season while preserving freshness and balance. The result is a wine that is unmistakably Trotanoy: intense, tactile and deeply structured, with dark fruit, mineral depth and an enduring finish.
A vintage that remains true to the estate’s identity - and one that may ultimately be remembered among its finest modern expressions.
