Not all kombucha is brewed properly… 👀

Here’s how we do it at Boo Chi, the traditional way.

This is our SCOBY, a living culture of bacteria and yeast.
It might look a bit odd, but that’s exactly how real kombucha should be.

That green sludgy stuff? Natural yeast.
Those bubbles? Active fermentation.

We brew tea, add sugar, introduce the SCOBY and let it ferment slowly.

No shortcuts.
No artificial processes.
Just time and living cultures.

With every batch, the mother forms a new layer, a “baby”
so it keeps growing, brew after brew.
