Yesterday we had the pleasure of catering for Staff Excellence Awards, held at the beautiful and historic .

It was truly uplifting to be part of an evening dedicated to recognising the incredible work and dedication of the staff who go above and beyond for their students every day.

We provided a Caribbean buffet style spread, accompanied by our signature Fruit Punch and a refreshing Fruit pot’s for dessert which all went down a treat!

A heartfelt thank you to Geoff Osborne and Eva Cook for putting your trust in us to deliver on such a special occasion.

Happy Father’s Day to the man who taught me more than just lessons, he gave me skills for life.
From learning to drive, to mastering the Jerk pan, kneading the fluffy fried dumplings, and perfecting Sherk’s Jerk Sauce 🇯🇲 every moment was a lesson in love, hard work, and pride.
Because of you, I learned how to put my hands to good things and turn passion into purpose.
