We are thrilled to announce that JIN JIN is now on the menu at Appalachia, the highly anticipated new opening in the heart of East London!

The sommelier Harry Cooper , has crafted The Olive and JIN JIN Spritzer - with our favourite lemonade from . A savory, incredibly refreshing spritzer built to stand up to bold flavors.

And the food... Head Chef has put together a June menu that is nothing short of spectacular. Swipe to see what we paired our spritzer with:

Soft, rich, and naturally satisfying.
A simple way to keep something good within reach.

You’ll need:
• 10ml JIN JIN
• 70g rolled oats
• 90g dried dates
• 30g dark chocolate
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• 40g peanut butter
• 10–20ml water

Mix, roll, chill.

Keep in the fridge for whenever you need a little lift.

Still glowing from the 2026 edition of Fair Hampstead 💖

We were proud to be serving JIN JIN throughout a week filled with inspiring conversations, incredible contemporary art, and thousands of visitors discovering works from galleries around the world.

With 19,500 visitors through the doors and so many artworks finding new homes, it was a beautiful reminder of how culture brings people together.
