Peony 💐 Japanese confectionery (vegan, gluten free)

Peony is one of my favourite flowers. I enjoy its marvellous scent as well as the gorgeous appearance. I wanted to express the elegance of this flower and used some centre filling which has the matching colour and fruity taste. Can you guess what the flavour is?

I am planning to take these sweets to
*Day2 (28th June, Sunday).
See you there! 🙋‍♀️

Will you adopt him if I take him to ?
I haven't decided what kind of centre filling to use for this sweet. Any suggestion?🥰

'Hanamizuki' Dogwood 💮 Japanese confectionery (vegan, gluten free)

I introduced mochi-type Hanamizuki sweet a few days ago. As mentioned on the post I tried two types of materials for creating the sweet.

The sweet in this photo is the second dogwood sweet which I made with 'Nerikiri'. I think it creates a little more detailed shape, but the mochi-type might add some fresh transparency in bracts (petal-looking parts).
Which one would you prefer?

Apples 🍎 Japanese confectionery (vegan, gluten-free)

These are Japanese wagashi sweets created into an apple shape. They look like apples but taste also like real apples with the centre filling that had been mixed with plenty of home-made apple compote.

🎶The added music is an old piece which became a huge hit in 1945 right after the war and supported people's mind to rebuild Japan. It is a real '昭和-Showa' era song. 😊

'Hanamizuki' Dogwood 💮 Japanese confectionery (vegan, gluten free)

I created wagashi in 'Hanamizuki' Dogwood flower design. For searching the best result I used two types of Japanese sweets and this is one of them with mochi-type sweet.

I found this mochi-type outer layer gives the petals a very delicate and almost see-through texture and thought it gives purer image to the sweet.
