Founded in 2018, the brand was created with so much love and passion to support women through pregnancy, postpartum and beyond — with ethically made herbal teas and botanical oils, all crafted with care here in the UK.

Fun facts about breast milk/breastfeeding that may surprise you 👉🏼

Breast milk isn’t called liquid gold for no reason. Did you know that:

💪 Breast milk changes colour when you or baby are poorly, it’s an incredibly beneficial for fighting off illnesses.

💪 Breast milk becomes fattier as a feed progresses so sometimes especially in the hot weather your baby may feed more frequently but not for very long because they’re simply having a drink 😍

💪 You can burn up to 500kcal a day through breastfeeding so make sure you’re getting enough protein & keeping yourself fed too

Breast massage is SUPER beneficial for so many reasons but one of them to help boost your supply 💪
