Try this unbelievably tasty air fryer tortilla egg bowl - just grab a carton of Two Chicks Liquid Egg White, a tortilla and whatever veg you have in your fridge! πͺ
Tortilla Egg Bowl:
Ingredients (1 serving):
1 large flour tortilla
1 whole egg
100 ml π§ππΌ ππ΅πΆπ°πΈπ ππΆπΎππΆπ± ππ΄π΄ πͺπ΅πΆππ²
2 chopped bell pepper
1 diced tomato
1 tbsp shredded cheese (optional)
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Optional toppings
Sliced spring onions
Sliced avocado
Method:
1. Press the tortilla gently into an ovenβsafe bowl or ramekin to form a cup.
2. In a bowl, whisk together the whole egg and π§ππΌ ππ΅πΆπ°πΈπ ππΆπΎππΆπ± ππ΄π΄ πͺπ΅πΆππ². Pour into the tortilla cup.
3. Add peppers, tomato, cheese (if using), and season with salt and pepper.
4. Air fry at 175 Β°C for 13β15 minutes, until eggs are set and tortilla edges are lightly crispy.
5. Let cool slightly, then top with spring onions and avocado if desired.
