The Yuzu Meringue Cocktail is bright, silky, and built on the citrus backbone of Ferrand Yuzu Late Harvest, bringing balance and depth to every layer of the serve. The kind of cocktail that keeps the bar talking long after the first sip. 🍸

50ml Ferrand Dry Curaçao Yuzu Late Harvest
30ml fresh pineapple juice
30ml coconut milk
20 ml simple sugar syrup
1 egg white
Garnish : mint sprigs bouquet

Add ice and all the ingredients in a shake; Shake well and double strain. Garnish with fresh mint.

Feliz Cinco de Mayo!

Spiced Mango Margarita on the bar with tequila, lime, mango, a bit of heat, and Ferrand Dry Curaçao in the mix. The mango comes through, the spice sits, and the citrus keeps the drink from tipping too far.

15ml Ferrand Dry Curaçao/ 40ml Tequila /10ml Simple sugar syrup
/15ml Lemon juice (Freshly squeezed) /60ml Orange Juice /1cup
Frozen Mango /1 Jalapeno /Spiced mix & Kosher Salt
Blend the ingredients with ice. Rim the glass with salt & spiced mix. Add ice to the glass, serve chilled.
