What would you give a second chance? 🫶

Next in our Scholarship Serves series is Carmella with Second Chance - a Blood Orange Vodka Sour with a story that goes far beyond what's in the glass 👀

Sustainability was at the heart of Carmella's creation. She challenged herself to work with ingredients that already existed around her, including blood orange purée that was about to be poured away at work, giving it a delicious second life 🍊

But the name Second Chance means something more personal, too.

The Female Bartending Scholarship reignited Carmella's curiosity for drinks design and inspired her to continue learning and exploring where a career in hospitality could take her.

A second chance for ingredients. A second chance to get creative. And, most importantly, a renewed excitement for what's next ✨

One team. One goal. Countless conversations. 🫶

A few weeks ago, some of the Double Dutch sales team swapped their desks for the streets and blitz a day out in trade, meeting venues, building new relationships and introducing more people to our mixers.

It was fantastic to see the team getting involved, bringing plenty of energy (and a healthy dose of friendly competition!) to the day. We wrapped it all up with a team challenge that proved we're probably better at selling mixers than escaping crystal mazes... but we had a lot of fun trying 😂

On to the next one! 🍸
