Pickled Herbs with Honey....................
1. Use any herbs you like, such as , lime, and honey pickled lemon (this is the main recipe I'm sharing).
You can also add other herbs, such as turmeric, Indian gooseberry, black pepper, mango, gooseberry, lemon, cinnamon, bitter melon, or other local herbs you know well about their properties. You can also search for more information on Google.
2. Chop the herbs you want into pieces as you like and place them in your prepared jars. Use any part, including the peel.
3. Pour in any honey you have available, 📌whether it's freshwater or wild honey, just enough to cover the herbs. Leave for at least 7-14 days. During this time, open the lid daily and press the herbs into the honey to prevent mold growth. A white film on the honey is a good microorganism. Stir the herbs daily to mix them well.
(📌You can also use our Phupha Phueng honey. Click the basket on the TikTok page.)
4. After 7 to 14 days of fermentation, you can serve it. 📌You can consume the fermented liquid straight or with the herbal pulp.
📌You can also blend it finely. You can mix it with warm water and drink it both morning and night to maintain good health.
>Foaming = normal, not spoiled.
>White film = normal, indicating good microorganisms.
>Beware of black mold if you don't open it. Press it down into the honey daily.
>It will never go bad, even for 10-20 years.
>Do not refrigerate it. Just keep it out of sunlight.
5. Health is an individual matter. The results are entirely due to the herbs working to adjust the blood's acidity to alkalinity, leading to gradual improvement in your overall health.
6. For those with underlying medical conditions, personal care is at your own risk. If you need to see a doctor regularly, we recommend consulting a doctor.
7. Honey-soaked herbs have a blood-thinning effect and are therefore not suitable for those:
- Taking blood-thinning medications. They should be discontinued or discontinued 3-6 months after taking them.
- Low blood pressure, as this can worsen the condition and lead to complications. Dizziness, vertigo, or even fainting may occur. (Some people take it because they're confident in its natural properties.)
