I’ve been so busy I forgot to post the recipe for these bad boys. I made these to take as a post- dessert treat at a lovely lunch hosted by one of our . You can buy them if course but they are super-easy to make and you can add your favourite toppings - I love pistachios and dried sour cherries with a generous backing of thick dark chocolate.
