Spring has arrived quietly… but the berries didn’t get the memo.

Everything feels very berry right now - the kind of season where a Victoria sponge tastes brighter, a San Sebastián feels lighter, and our new pavlova meringue practically floats.

🦢🩰Our fresh pavlova meringue, crowned with soft cream, carries a story as delicate as its texture.
A century ago, a ballerina named Anna Pavlova danced The Swan with such grace that the world fell in love with her lightness. Chefs tried to capture that feeling - the softness, the elegance, the weightlessness - and from that devotion, the pavlova was born.

Today, we honour that legacy.
A dessert inspired by a dance, crafted with love, and delivered fresh to your doorstep.

Because some stories deserve to be tasted.
