Dark Chocolate Dipped Kiwis 🥝

Bank Holiday snacking = sorted. Tangy, crunchy chocolate dipped kiwis loaded with vitamin C and antioxidants.

You’ll need:

- 2 kiwis, peeled and cut into slices
- 50g dark chocolate. We love
- A generous sprinkle of your favourite Paleo Granola

1. Peel and cut the kiwis into slices
2. Melt your chocolate and dip half of the kiwi slice into the melted chocolate to cover it
3. Lay on baking parchment and sprinkle the chocolate with Paleo granola before it melts
4. Leave to set then store in the fridge

Viral fibre jelly with a ginger kick 🫚

This gut-loving combo inspired by is the perfect way to feed your microbiome - pairing psyllium husk, ginger and our nut-loaded granola.

Layered on thick Greek yoghurt for the ultimate bowl packed with fibre, protein and healthy fats 😋

You’ll need:

- A small jar
- 3 tbsp psyllium husk
- 1 ginger shot (150ml)
- Thick Greek yoghurt
- Generous sprinkle of your favourite Paleo granola

1. Add the psyllium husk and ginger shot into the jar, shake vigerously and leave for 20-30 minutes to create your jelly
2. Add your yoghurt to your bowl and top with your fibre jelly
3. Add your toppings - a generous sprinkle of granola and fruits of choice
4. Dig in and enjoy!

The soup topping you didn’t know you needed…

Creamy roasted butternut and coconut soup topped with a golden sprinkle of our Low Sugar Granola.

Sweet. Savoury. Deep Toasted.

Proof that granola isn’t just for breakfast!

Ingredients:

- 1 butternut squash
- 2 large carrots
- 1 onion
- 1/2tsp garlic powder
- 1tsp fresh grated ginger
- 1tsp cumin
- 1/2 can coconut milk
- 1000ml vegetable stock
- salt & pepper as required

Method:
1. Dice the butternut squash and carrots and spread onto baking tray with a drizzle of olive oil and roast for 40min in the oven at 180C.
2. Dice onion and add to a pan with olive oil, garlic powder, cumin and fresh ginger. Cook for 3min and then add roasted squad and carrots, stock and coconut milk.
3. Let simmer 10min and blend for smooth consistency.
4. Serve with toasted sourdough, sprinkle of Paleo granola and chili sauce. We love
