Truth?
I stopped building my health around punishment.

People thought I was insane 👀

Because instead of another “summer body” diet…
I started teaching women to eat MORE.

More protein.
More real food.
More structure.
More consistency.

While everyone was skipping meals, surviving on coffee and restarting every Monday…

I focused on building systems.

And honestly?

At first it felt too simple to work.

3 meals.
Protein first.
Organised fridge.
Daily movement.
No punishment after holidays.
No “starting again Monday”.

But this is where everything changed 🔥

Not only the body…
the mindset too.

Because the women who finally get results are usually NOT the most extreme ones.

They’re the ones who stop quitting on themselves.

Here’s what shifted for me👇

1. I stopped chasing fast weight loss and focused on habits I can repeat.
2. I stopped skipping meals and started prioritising protein + fibre.
3. I stopped relying on motivation and created structure instead.
4. I stopped treating healthy living like punishment.

All I wanted was to lose few kilos before summer…

So every year became the same cycle:
3 months before holiday → strict diet
Holiday → guilt
Flight home → planning the next punishment

“I’ll fast.”
“I’ll cut carbs.”
“I’ll be stricter this time.”

Meanwhile my body was exhausted, inflamed and constantly thinking about food.

The biggest shift for me wasn’t another diet.
It was learning how to eat NORMAL again.

3 proper meals.
Enough protein.
Enough fibre.
Healthy fats.
Real carbs.
Structure instead of punishment.

That’s when:
✨ cravings dropped
✨ overeating calmed down
✨ digestion improved
✨ my body changed without obsession

Because most women are not failing from lack of discipline.
They are stuck in the restrict → overeat → restart cycle.

And no…
You do NOT need to “earn” your body back after every holiday.

You need a system you can actually live with:

• busy weeks

All I wanted was to lose 5kg…

But after my second birth nearly 11 years ago,
I found myself stuck in the same cycle for years:

trying diets → giving up
joining gyms → losing motivation
starting every Monday again.

I genuinely thought I just needed more discipline.

But the truth?
I didn’t need another diet.

At 40, these are 5 things I stopped doing that completely changed my lifestyle, energy & relationship with food 🤍

1. Caring what people say about me
Not everyone will understand your healthy lifestyle changes — and that’s okay.
Protect your peace, your body and your goals.
2. Following trendy diets my friends were doing
I stopped jumping from detox to detox and started learning what actually works for MY body.
One size never fits all.
3. Drinking coffee on an empty stomach
Now I always have a spoon of nut butter first.
Such a small habit but it helped my energy, cravings and mornings so much.
4. Skipping meals to “eat less”
Balanced meals with protein, fibre and healthy fats made me feel more in control around food instead of constantly thinking about it.
5. Waiting for the perfect time
Busy women and mums never suddenly get extra time.
I stopped waiting and started building simple systems around my real life.

At the end of the day…
health is not about punishment or extreme diets.
It’s about structure, consistency and learning your own body

Tag a friend who says “I need a detox” after every weekend or holiday😭🤍

But detox doesn’t automatically mean fat loss.

Your body actually needs:
✔️ hydration
✔️ protein
✔️ minerals
✔️ fibre
✔️ proper digestion

BEFORE any detox.

Otherwise extreme detoxing can leave the body even more stressed and exhaus
