The best food are always found inside small alleys, in small stalls or from street hawkers. In Vietnam, around 4am, you start hearing familiar daily ad sounds from hawkers walking in small alleys around the city. They sell many kinds of traditional street food which are homemade, extremely fresh, full-flavoured and delicious. We used the image of a hawker to name our business because we have been

deeply focused on developing the Vietnamese street food in the most authentic way and, just as Vietnamese street food hawkers, always work hard to bring the best food to customers in city.
