We provide a multitude of catering and educational services for the novice cook, the master-chef fan, the dinner party maestro, and everyone else that wants to have fun with cooking. So if you’re looking to learn how to make a delicious pasta sauce, plan and produce an all-star dinner for your friends, or master new skills, let us know. There are 3 options of how our lessons can be run:
They can
be run in our kitchen in South London,
This is great for groups of 1-4 people. Then, we get to work on preparing our food. Pete and Dom will guide you through each step and answer any questions you have. Depending on the time and the areas we are covering that day, prepare and share two or three courses. Also, at some of our lessons, you make things to take away and show to friends and family. Or
We can run our lessons in your kitchen. If you are learning a new skills, then what better place to practise them than where you will be using them again in the future and comfort of your own home. Before the lesson we will send you an exhaustive list of kitchen equipment, all you have to do is tell us what you have and we can plan the lesson and meal around that. As there is no point us teaching you how to use a gas gun or water bath, if you don’t own one and have no intention of buying one. Or
We hold larger classes for around 12 people using a professional kitchen in central London. This is perfect and more practical for bigger groups, as it has hobs, ovens and work surfaces. The kitchen we use is completely vegetarian, so not for those that want to learn to make the perfect lamb rump or fish stock.
