We strongly believe in preserving culture and environment. Here is a little something about me Harsh*ta founder of Shubhaarambh's journey. I have always had a knack for food from a young age. I still remember little me looking up to my parents in the kitchen and wondering how they throw things in a pot and something amazing comes into my bowl. I always felt Chefs are the most magical people, from

creating to designing it is an overall experience they give with their food. As I grew up, I began to travel across cities to have the best dishes from around the country. From Jammu to Kanyakumari and Rajhasthan to Assam. I have learnt recipes from the locals, observed the chefs behind many famous eateries and spent hours in the kitchen to create the same. The passion to cook was always there, but to make it a business I knew it will take everything in me to push through my own boundaries. After a lot of thought, planning and somewhere after losing my grandmother I realized the need of recreating the recipes. Many recipes have been lost with time already, as they were not carried forward or fused to make them up to date. My strong cravings of old recipes from my grandmother’s kitchen are my motivation to recreate the oldest and amazing techniques and flavors. I am here to share my own experience and stories through my food and cater the recipes untouched and unknown to many.

One of the best mutton recipes travelled to Delhi all the way from bihar. And the capital city did not hold back to make it one of its own.This recipe has won millions of hearts so far.
