Luckily the van was parked next to a play ground, where parents were looking for exactly this snack for their children and were pleasantly surprise themselves, so ended up sharing with there kids! Through experimentation Lucy found that people did not want bland and boring health or quick-hit sugar-fused confectionary and bakery that produced a lot of unnecessary waste due to its very short shelf life. However, snacks that give long-lasting stamina, had exceptional flavour, a chewy texture and were bursting with nutrients.
