This is Arthur

Having worked in some of London’s top restaurants (the ones you get recommended at least twice a week), he’s taken the time to create this beauty. This was intended as a bit of fun, and turned out absolutely divine.

In Bulgaria, grilled meat and lutenitsa go hand in hand. Arthur took that a step further and mixed it straight into the meat. Unbelievable.

We share the same taste in Lutenitsa - not too salty, not too sweet, natural tasting and full of red pepper flavour. She has set the standard, and that’s what’s in every jar.

RILA - Balkan Goods is one of 100+ emerging brands, at a curated retail space bringing together the best in food, drink, wellness and beauty.

You’ll find our Lutenitsa on the shelves, alongside an extensive mix of products to explore, taste, sample and discover.
