Want to taste a different side of Cahors?

Our current flight is from Domaine La Calmette, a young domaine on ancient land, with modern vision. A great chance to discover three very different expressions of Cahors:

‘Nyctalope’ - A red pét-nat made from 100% Malbec. Deep in colour, light in body and tannin. Juicy and gently sparkling, full of currants, blackberries and a good acidity.

‘Serpent à Plumes Blanc’ - A fresh, expressive white blend with a cream palate of tropical fruit beautifully balanced with crisp, mineral finish.

‘Serpent à Plumes Rouge’ - Malbec and Merlot bringing ripe, juicy fruit with freshness and fine tannins. Vibrant rather than heavy.

Three w**es, one domaine, and a great way to try something new.
