FINALIST IN THE UK QUALITY FOOD & DRINK AWARDS 🔥

Ran out of Habanero Chilli Jam on a surf trip, panicked, and had to stop by one of our stockists to buy some back as we truly cannot live without this for lunch. And if you’ve been following our story, you know that this chilli jam is the reason we took on Chillis Galore last year… so we’re very proud to share that it’s been named a Top 5 Finalist in the 2026 UK UK Quality Food & Drink Awards 🏅

A year since we took on Chillis Galore!! A connection to Max’s childhood that fell into our laps on the very day of his mum’s memorial service last year. A legacy we are so honoured to carry forth. So much has happened… the highs & lows ❤️‍🔥

Learning to cook the beloved recipes with their founders…building out our own gorgeous commercial kitchen in just eight sleepless days of scouring Facebook Marketplace and winching anything & everything to our truck…the struggles to find the right team and those who have come & gone (shoutout to our absolutely wicked chefs now!)…the despair & elation of quarterly VAT returns…the pain of pouring out unworthy batches…the loss of Max’s grandad this June, who loved his Fruity Caribbean Hot Sauce with Thai food (preferably from Chai-Yo in Sheringham) 🕊️❤️‍🩹

We’ve managed to have plenty of fun in the meantime of course (what is running your own business for after all?)—though we haven’t taken quite as many surf trips this year as we would have liked. Above all we are so proud to be custodians of a 27-year-old brand and to move it forwards in a way that stays connected to its roots.

Last but not least, getting engaged! Loving each other while spending our lives & work intertwined is the greatest gift. Thank goodness we’ve literally got polar opposite skill sets…no crossover, no problem 😆

Thank you to all of our stunning friends who’ve cooked in our kitchen, worked in our market stalls, or modeled for us. We love you guys! We’re plotting many exciting things for this upcoming year…not least of which is our own little chilli farm, somewhere along the Norfolk coastline… 🌶️👨‍🌾

IT’S A CHILLIS GALORE SUMMER 🥵 In the Chillis Galore kitchen our chefs are taking plenty of water breaks. We’ve added a new eco-friendly electric cargo bike to the fleet. And you guys still can’t get enough of the merch!! Especially the white vest 🌶️ Restocked again on the site

Our Smokey Naga Hot Sauce was just named a 2026 GreatBritishFood | Awards | Magazine Finalist 🏆 This is our bestselling hot sauce for those who like it hot, rich, smoky and earthy. Naga chillis are famous (infamous?) for their slow-rising heat, and we describe this one as a “creeper: for the first 15 seconds, you’re lulled into a false sense of security… then suddenly the heat rolls in, building steadily for the next couple of minutes. We make this sauce with four different types of chilli, including chipotle for its mouthwatering smokiness. Our Chilli Chefs also wear K95 masks when they make this one 😆😷

We have been keeping busy! Apart from our usual chilli jam mischief, we’ve released a line of merch, been on a dirtbiking trip…and gotten engaged 💍! Very excited for the next chapters of our little family & business 🫶🏼

So excited to reveal our new hot sauce bottles & labels ❤️‍🔥 We heard you loud and clear on needing bigger sizes, so every hot sauce now comes in both 100ml and 200ml.

As with our jam jars, these labels are designed by , our amazing illustrator who creates gorgeous hand-painted collages. Across Chillis Galore, we’re passionate about human craftsmanship, and our labels are no exception.

For the new look, we wanted to convey how welcoming our hot sauces are; while undeniably hot, they’re designed to be reached for at every meal and enjoyed by the whole family 🤍

Pictured here is our baby Smokey Naga (100ml): our hottest and most popular sauce. It’s not for beginners, but has an incredible, full-bodied, smokey flavour with an intense, lingering finish.
