Meet our Producer: Burscombe Cliff Farm

Nestled in the Weald of Kent, Burscombe Cliff Farm is run by Hilary Jones, whose approach to farming is rooted in care for the land, animal welfare and working in harmony with nature.

🐑 Raising cattle, sheep and pigs through a low-intervention, agro-ecological approach, the farm prioritises healthy soils, biodiversity and sustainable farming practices, avoiding the routine use of artificial fertilisers and chemical weedkillers.

🥩 With small-scale, seasonal production and meat supplied through local networks and markets, Burscombe Cliff Farm celebrates a closer connection between the land, the food we eat and the people who produce it.

As part of the YILD producer network, Hilary continues to champion thoughtful, regenerative farming that puts quality, care and respect for the natural environment at its heart.
