We used a similar grain bill to Witch-doctor but bulked it up with rolled oats and black malt. We also added pumpkin puree and pumpkin spice to the mash and boil and aged it on Madagascan vanilla beans

Our biggest beer to date with an ABV of 10.5% although you wouldn't know it from the taste. Incredibly well balanced with dark chocolate, coffee, oats, pumpkin, pumpkin spice and vanilla. We also slowly carbed it which makes it even creamier

These photos show you the design process and how it evolves from our incredibly talented artist Caspian Seabrook

So this year's been a busy one. We commissioned some new fancy unitanks at the beginning of the year with plans to triple the brewery output. To do this the current (tiny) building had to be completely rebuilt from below the group up.

New drainage was first fitted, then a concrete floor. Over that a resin floor was put down.

Once the flooring was in all the walls, ceiling and roofing could be done along with new electrics

We collected the tanks but then had to get them into a very small space, a forklift and brute force was needed (and some beers)

Last night our first double batch in the new unitanks was complete and is now fermenting

These tanks will ensure the best quality of beer possible and more control and consistency.

We can't wait to share the results

Massive thanks to Tim and Mike for helping, wouldn't of been possible without you guys 🍻
