We’ve been experimenting in the kitchen. 👩🏽‍🍳

I tried the delicious sweet fried sandwich in Japan last year, and finally got round to recreating it. I made a bite-sized version, perfect for gatherings and events.

• Homemade fried Japanese milk bread
• Freshly whipped vanilla bean cream
• Strawberry halves with coulis

I’ll be serving this over the summer at my private tea party to see how it survives in the heat!

• Orders are posted every Tuesday via DPD (Monday 12pm cut off)

As a recovering perfectionist, I cannot settle for ‘good enough’ bakes arriving to your door. The thought keeps me awake at night.
