Zara White – Founder and Head Chef. Zara underwent extensive chef training in Silwood, Cape Town, South Africa in 2011, where she lived for three years. She returned to London and founded the business in 2018 with the view to creating a catering company that honours both her farming background and passion for sustainable and seasonal produce, with her love for art, experiential dining and creativity.
