Smoke and Lime My name is Sohini Banerjee and I am a supperclub host, private chef and I teach online and in person traditional Bengali cooking.

I was born and brought up in Kolkata and since then have lived near Liverpool, in London and am currently based in Brisbane.

Jokes aside, it’s always such a pleasure to be able to host full tables and this wraps up the 10 incredible Kolkata Chinese events this summer. 10 sold out tables and 100 guests being amazed that I hand pulled every single noodle. I absolutely love every single moment of this and am immensely grateful for friends who have turned up and been a part of the table for years.
